Donna has been kind enough to organize food for this race please contact with information about what you can bring.
Suggestions: muffins/fruit/water/cheese/crackers/bagels/cream cheese/hot choc/ There is a concession stand there and we usually don't bring the grill to this regatta. Some kids do bring their lunch but it is nice to have food there for the rowers.

Directions
This race location is under/next to the 787 overpass just south of route 90 in Albany. In the event of bad weather there is protection under the overpass, which is where the boat trailer and equipment is usually parked. Most of the area is paved including a nice biking/walking path that runs alonside the river. There are port-o-potties available. On nice days suncreen is a good idea especially with kids out on the water for extended periods. Besides the food the team brings there is usually a group selling food there. This is a great first race because it is not to far away and the day tends to end a little earlier then some of the other events. Also for parents the Albany Pump Station is a short drive away if you are looking for lunch before driving home.
